Our “A’funtee” logo is adapted from Afandi or commonly known as Hodja Nesraddin, a legendary character, popular throughout the Middle Eastern world such as Turkey, Afghanistan, Iran, Arabia and China during the 13th century and it has remained so till the present time.

This character was chosen because he can make people laugh and his humour was sharp enough to crack even the most rigidly conditioned mind. On the surface, his stories are simple and funny. But if you look deeper and listen carefully, you will learn how your actions play a very important role in life and of deeper truths.
